LUNASOFT DIJITAL HIZMETLER TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("LunaSoft", "we", "us", or "our"), the developer identified on the Google Play and Apple App Store listings, develops and publishes mobile applications under the Luna brand. This Privacy Policy applies to Luna Language Reader (also listed as "Luna Reader: Russian, Turkish", package com.luna.russianstories / App Store ID 6740998772) and our related Luna language learning applications (collectively, the "Apps"). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data when you use our Apps.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Do Not Provide

The Apps do not require user registration. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, photo, location, contacts, or any other personally identifiable information.

2.2 Content You Submit to AI Features

Some Apps include AI-powered features such as text generation, reading comprehension, or translation. When you use these features, the text or prompt you submit is sent to our backend service and forwarded to OpenAI or Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service for processing. This content is used solely to generate the response you requested.

• What is sent: The text content you input into AI features.
• What is NOT sent: Your name, device identifiers, location, or any account information.
• Retention: We do not store your AI prompts on our servers beyond what is required to deliver the response. OpenAI and Azure OpenAI handle the data according to their own enterprise data policies.

2.3 Locally Stored Data

Your learning progress, saved words, reading history, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data does not leave your device and is not accessible to us. If you uninstall the App, this data is deleted.

2.4 Purchases and Subscriptions

Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are processed entirely by Google Play (on Android) or the Apple App Store (on iOS). We do not receive or store your payment information, credit card numbers, or billing address. We only receive a confirmation that a purchase was made.

2.5 Analytics and Attribution Data

To understand how our Apps are discovered and used, and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing, we use third-party analytics and mobile attribution services. Through these services we collect and share the following categories of data:

• Device identifiers: advertising IDs and similar device identifiers.
• App interactions: events such as installs, opens, and in-app actions.
• Purchase history: records that a subscription or purchase occurred (never your card or billing details).

This data is collected and shared with our analytics and attribution partners, AppsFlyer and Meta (Facebook), for measurement and marketing-optimization purposes. Crash and diagnostic logs are collected through Microsoft Azure to help us fix problems. We do not sell this data. The providers and their policies are listed in Section 4.

3. How We Use Information

The limited information processed through our Apps is used only to:

• Provide AI-generated responses to the prompts you submit.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the functionality of the Apps.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We use the analytics and attribution data described in Section 2.5 to measure marketing performance and improve our Apps. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles about you as an individual.

5. Data Security

All communication between the Apps and our backend servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We follow industry-standard practices to protect data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

7. Your Rights

Because we do not store personally identifiable user data on our servers, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete. However, depending on your jurisdiction (such as the EU under GDPR or California under CCPA), you may have the following rights:
